How long does a service take?

Service time is based on the Package you choose, but most services will take approximately 60-90 minutes.

Do you do Treadmill assembly?

Yes, we do Treadmill assembly too, kindly have a look at it in special services.

Do you test my machine after the service?

Yes, ALL fitness equipment will tested by our certified expert mechanics,We also encourage customers to test their own machines/fitness equipment to make sure they’re 100% happy before we leave.

Do you offer pick and drop service?

Yes, we do have that service for few repairs which consumes more time.

How can i pay for the service ?

You can pay by cash / Direct Bank Transfer / Paytm / Internet Banking / Others

Can i book a service on any day?

Yes. You can book service on any day. But, you cannot book the service for the same day. The service slots will be available only after 24hours from the time of the booking.

What is ADVANCE SERVICE ?

The ultimate annual service package. This package includes a complete disassembly, cleaning, and rebuild of all systems on the fitness equipment.
